We're enabling Flow to enable businesses to deliver more experiences, like choosing your seat on the train early, ordering food, or booking an appointment without a conversation. With Flow, businesses can offer comprehensive menus and customizable forms to meet different needs. Next week, we'll make Flow available to businesses around the world through the WhatsApp Business platform.

We make it easy to buy directly in chat. In future, Indians will be able to add items to their cart and send payments using their preferred method from all supported UPI apps, debit and credit cards, and much more. We're excited to work with partners RazorPay and PayU to pay for something as simple as messaging.

Meta business has been verified on WhatsApp

 

We enable businesses to obtain identity verification, helping you know you're connecting with the right business. To be verified, businesses prove their authenticity through metadata and in return receive a verification badge, advanced account support, and identity theft protection. For businesses looking to sign up, MetaVerified includes additional premium features, including the ability to create custom WhatsApp pages that can be easily found via web searches and cross-device support so messages from multiple employees are reactive. Customers donated. We will begin testing meta-authentication with small businesses using the WhatsApp Business app in the future, before introducing them to the WhatsApp Business platform.
