Earlier this year, we launched Chat Lock to
help people protect their most private conversations. Today we're introducing
Passcode, an additional way to secure these chats and make it harder to find
out if someone has access to your phone or if you've shared your phone with
someone else.
With a PIN, you can now set a
unique password that's different from the password you use to unlock your
phone, adding an extra layer of privacy to your locked conversations. There is
an option to hide blocked chat folders from your chat list so that they can
only be found by entering the secret code in the search bar. If it doesn't meet
your needs, you can still add it to your chat list. Now when a new chat appears
that you want to block, you can block it by pressing the button instead of
going to the chat settings.
We are very happy that our
community likes Chat Lock and hope the secret code will make it even more
useful for them. The secret code begins distribution today and will be
available worldwide in the coming months. We're excited to continue expanding
Chat Lock's functionality to help people protect their privacy. Tell us what
you think.
